About the Meeting

The AAAM's annual scientific conference is regarded as the most authoritative forum on current knowledge in traffic injury control. Refereed papers presented at the conference routinely address injury studies, injury severity scoring, the biomechanics of impact, the relationship of injury and vehicle design, the role of alcohol in crashes, the long term medical and socioeconomic consequences of crash injuries, and a comprehensize array of other issues critical to the understanding and prevention of motor vehicle trauma.
